Right, this stupid bitch here. I was informed that we need to create some documentation for our new expedition legionnaires regarding our armaments, and who better to do it than the head of the Vanguard Legion. I wanted to create a copy of the current inventory and just send it to their info slates like a practical person would. Was immediately told no, no you absolute buffoon , it has to be detailed.
Really detailed, all those autistic stat numbers and shit, because we're professionals here.

I could write this shit in my sleep if we were talking about the guns in the Unified Empires. I used to use what, one or two different guns my entire enlistment? Maybe three guns total, then some grenades?
My problem comes from the fact that we field the following weapon variants within GDS, all in different classes:

• Rifles: Long range single shot firearms, often used for extreme precision. Point and drop em.
• Handguns: Pistols, sidearms, your go-to secondary weapons. Some people use them as their main weapon cause it’s still a fucking gun.
• Machineguns: Rapid fire, large magazine capacity, includes vulcan cannons, chainguns, etc…
• Shotguns:Uses shells to fire dozens of pellets, sabots, slugs, and rods. Best for close range carnage, or even crowd control for the ones that have rapid fire.
• Cannons:Usually single shot, large caliber, large explosive shells, bombardment type weapon systems.
• Missile Systems: Fires a large payload, guided, highly precise, highly expensive missiles. These are notthe same as rockets.
• Rockets:Fires unguided, cheap-ish, high explosive projectiles powered by a rocket engine. These are notthe same as missiles.
• Pulse Cannons: These are actually way more fun than should be allowed, they use air pressure + sonic waves to absolutely wreck shit. We’ve also verified that you can combine plasmatic matter with the blast to… I don’t know what the right word is for crush + ignite + vaporize.
• Ballistics Shields: These are just weird, I’ll explain why later.
• Golgothic: Worse than WMDs. I’ll have Acris cover them, but even I don’t use these (yet).
