The Legionnaire’s Primer Manual is a supplementary document that’s written in-universe, featuring extended lore, explanations of how tech works, the structure of GDS, operational standards, and more.
It’s meant to be used as something to read after reading the first book, or it can be used as a reading companion to further your experience with the story, totally up to you.
Alternatively you can disregard it entirely as I do my best to ensure it contains zero essential information, it’s extra fluff only. Anything truly important will be in the main books.
